management team that understands the display and EMS
industries and has extensive experience managing fast-growing high
technology organizations.
Todd Collin
Product Technology and Development Manager
Mr. Collin brings a wealth of experience in product design
and LCD technology to Canetics. He has over 22 years experience in
Electronics Systems Design, Engineering Management, Manufacturing, and
Technology Marketing. His technology developments have ranged from system
architecture to IC design primarily in the fields of Graphics,
Communications, and Operator Interface technologies. The focus of his
career has been the design of electronic products from concept to volume
manufacturing. Prior to Canetics, Mr. Collin was co-founder and Chief
Technology Officer for AVED Display Technologies, a leading industrial
video electronics design and manufacturing company. Prior to that Mr.
Collin held engineering and management positions with Intel and Raytheon. Mr. Collin
received a BS in Electrical Engineering from University
of California, Santa Barbara.
Mike Christian
Manufacturing Technology and Operations Manager
Mike has over 23 years of experience in Manufacturing,
Operations, Engineering and Program Management for companies engaged in
Industrial Electronics, In-Flight Entertainment, Nuclear Power generation
and Microelectronics. Throughout his career, Mr. Christian has focused on
solutions to source, manufacture, deploy and support high reliability
electronic equipment over an extended product life. Prior to Canetics, Mr.
Christian served as VP of Operations for Hollingsead International and AVED
Display Technologies, Head of Product Support for Philips Airvision,
Program Management for Thalus IFE, and various engineering and management
positions within Beckman Industrial and Endevco. Mike has Engineering and Physics degrees from Columbia University, New York.
